Refund Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

The principle: you're never locked in. hireJudi has no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops future billing.

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; your plan runs through the end of the month you paid for. No partial-month refunds.
• Annual plans: cancel anytime; your plan runs through the end of the annual term you paid for. Annual purchases are not refundable, so if you're unsure, start monthly and switch to annual when you're confident.
• Usage charges (voice minutes beyond your plan, document digitizations) are billed for usage that occurred and aren't refundable.
• Billing mistakes: if we double-charge you or bill after cancellation, we refund it, full stop. Email hello@hirejudi.com.

Chargebacks: contact us first, we resolve billing issues faster than the dispute process.
